In a new article, “The Negotiation Tips You May Be Forgetting,” RPL Partner Nicole Page urges women in the workplace to start (or continue) negotiating more for themselves. Ms. Page wields her expertise in daily employment negotiations to detail exactly why it’s important for women to ask for what they’re worth and how they should go about doing that.

“Systemic sexism and a gender pay gap exists in many workplaces, and pay equity laws have been enacted at the federal level and in some progressive-leaning states to start to address this. Refinery29 published Ms. Page’s article in its Work & Money section on May 1, 2017, as part of their 2017 #WeWantMore campaign promoting equal pay for women.

Ms. Page hosts an annual Ask for More lunch discussion series at the Firm for women professionals. Read her post from the December 2016 lunch on equal pay and pay transparency here.
